Anonymous asked: Burts bees lifeguard is the best for the beach. It doesn't just wash off. I am a pool life guard. It softens your lips after an entire day with chlorine and or salt. My lips burn like mad, so this was the only thing that worked and once you rub it in your lips aren't ashy looking.

Urban Decay's Preen Palette
